1. Who we are

M31Factory ("m31factory", "we", "I") designs and sells hand-crafted Canva template libraries, books, guides and related digital products, and offers bespoke design services. You can reach me any time through the contact form.

2. Products and delivery

• All products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically.
• Files are delivered instantly after payment: download links plus ongoing access to your files ("Library Pass").
• You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout.
• Templates require a free Canva account; books and guides are supplied as PDF and/or EPUB.

3. Licence — what you may do

• Unlimited personal & business use — use the templates and books for yourself and in your own business, for as many projects and clients' end-products as you like.
• Edit, adapt and customise everything freely inside Canva.
• Use the templates to create products and content for your own brand.

4. Licence — what you may not do

• Don't resell or redistribute the files themselves, in original or edited form, as templates or as another editable product.
• Don't claim authorship of the underlying designs, or pass the files off as your own template shop.
• Don't share your account, files or download links with non-customers.
• Don't use the products in ways that are unlawful, defamatory or infringe others' rights.

All intellectual property in the products remains the property of M31Factory. Buying a licence is not buying the copyright.

5. Payment and pricing

• Prices are shown in euro. Payments are processed securely at checkout by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• Where applicable, VAT/GST is calculated and handled at checkout according to your location.
• Promotional prices are temporary and may change without notice.

6. Refunds

Our products are instant digital downloads, so all sales are final — see the Refund Policy for the details and the exceptions (corrupted files, duplicates, wrong item).

7. Updates

Templates and books are provided in their current form. From time to time, the designer may choose to refine or expand a collection, and any update she chooses to release is shared through your existing access at no extra cost. Updates are entirely at the designer's discretion — they are not promised, scheduled, or a service-level commitment, and no purchase is conditional on them.

8. Custom work ("Work With Me")

Bespoke projects are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before any work starts. Each project has its own agreed scope, timeline and payment schedule, which take precedence over these general terms where they differ.

9. Liability

The products are provided "as is". We work hard to keep everything accurate and functional, but we can't guarantee specific results from using the templates or following the books, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
