Digital products, delivered instantly

Everything sold on this site is a digital product — Canva template libraries, books and guides. The moment your payment is confirmed, your files are delivered instantly and your access begins. Because the products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", all sales are final and non-refundable, in line with standard practice for instant-download digital goods.

By completing a purchase you confirm you understand that delivery is immediate and that the right of withdrawal for digital content is waived once the download begins or access is granted.

If something is wrong with your files

If a file is corrupted, a link doesn't work, or you received the wrong product, that's on me — and I'll make it right. Contact me within 14 days of purchase and I will repair, replace or re-issue the files at no cost. In the rare case a product is fundamentally not as described, I'll also work with you on a fair resolution.

What isn't covered

• Change of mind after downloading ("I decided I don't need it").
• Buying by mistake — please double-check the product page before checkout.
• Lack of software: our templates require a free Canva account (and books open in any PDF/EPUB reader). If you're unsure, try the free guide first.
• Results: the templates and books are tools — the vision and the work are yours.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Charged twice, or bought the same thing twice? Contact me via the contact form with your order details and the duplicate payment will be refunded.

Licence

Every purchase includes unlimited personal & business use. Please don't resell or redistribute the files or anything substantially derived from them. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
